INCOSE WSRC

The Western States Regional Conference (WSRC) was established in 2018 as an annual regional-level INCOSE event for the INCOSE chapters of the western United States. The many successful Great Lakes Regional Conferences (GLRC) have served as a model for WSRC. A high level of education and networking opportunities will be provided by the conference. In 2018, 120 individuals from 16 states with 4 SE PDD sites attended the first WSRC.

Celebrating the Sound of Systems Engineering! A call that has been heard and responded to in new areas and industries, in which systems engineering and systems thinking have made significant contributions to both technical efficacy and financial effectiveness of projects all over the world.

There will also be keynote addresses, workshops, technical presentations, and discussions about the application and adaptation of system engineering approaches in the following essential areas:

  • Healthcare and Medical Devices
  • Critical Infrastructure: Communications, Energy, Transportation, and Food & Agriculture
  • Aerospace Systems
  • e-Commerce, Cloud Services, Information security
  • Autonomous Systems
  • Education and Workforce Development
  • and MORE

The conference also provides for networking events to meet and explore the potential of systems engineering to influence our region and world in the future.
